The Birmingham & District Chess League will be holding its 17th Rapidplay competition on Sunday, 7th October, at the Quinborne Community Centre in Quinton, West Midlands.

There are three grade-restricted sections for players whose grade does not exceed 110, 140 and 170; as well as a FIDE-rated Open section.

All four sections will be FIDE-rated.

There is a prize fund in excess of £1,000.
