Stratford Chess Club is organising a number of special events over the summer including the summer team tournament, blitz tournament, lightening tournament and the pre-season social, open to members and guests.

This will give everyone the opportunity to have some fun games and maintain battle-ready form for the new Leamington League chess season starting September.

Running in tandum with the start of the new season the club is reinstating the ‘ladder’. This will add a lot of addition play throught the year on club nights.

The club's summer activities kick-off on the 26th May with a blitz tournament. The summer team tournament will be starting 16th June. The lightening date to be confirmed for the beginning of August and the pre-season social will be held on the 25th of August.
