The 2013 LDCL AGM will be held Monday 20th May at Leamington Home Guard Club.

Included on the agenda will be proposals for changes to the Constitution and Rules of Matchplay, the current ones having become outmoded because of changes to the Laws of Chess, introduction of the ECF direct membership scheme, and changes in practice brought about by the development of the Internet.

The LDCL's proposal draft along with 'alternative' constitutional changes is available to download from the Stratford Chess Club's website in the downloads/League section.

Please feel free to raise any issues relating to the proposal either at our AGM as 'any other business' or prior to the AGM meeting.
