Stratford (1) successfully took the U120 Leamington team championship last night (15/04/12), be it after a disappointing turn out by the Nuneaton team who only fielded 2 out of 4 players.
After saying this however both Aron and Dino did extremely well on boards 1 and 2 with Dino on board 2 just failing to secure a win following a very close game.
The pressure was then left on Aron to bring the team through which he did magnificently to give us an overall 3-1 win.
Well done all the team members, Aron, Dino, Richard and Brian who all contributed to the teams success in previous rounds.
We will no doubt be showing off our silverware when we receive it.
