I picked this up from the ECF website. No idea what it is like but I thought I would share it given that coaching/training is a hot topic at present.... 
 
There will be a Grandmaster training weekend on 7/8 July in Wellington College supported by the John Robinson Trust. It is possible to enter either day or both days. The training will probably be divided into 3 sections, over 160, 120-160 and under 120. These are rough guide lines only. The bottom section is intended for talented junior players, so adults around 100 grade may prefer to enter the middle section.

It is likely that GM Nick Pert and GM Simon Williams will be running the weekend, and another coach will also be recruited. The intention is to cover GM example games, openings, endings and tactics. On Sunday afternoon there will be a chance to pit your wits against the coaches in a clock simul.
Each day will run from 10-5 and hot lunch (included in price) is at 12.30. Extra lunches for parents cost £4 per day. The cost for the weekend is £60 or £40 for one day. Junior entries are subsidised by the John Robinson Trust, so juniors recieve a £10 discount, and juniors who attended the April weekend receive a £20 discount (ie it costs £40 for the weekend). There will be comfortable places available for parents to spend the day and junior director Phil Ehr is likely to make an appearance.

This time the whole weekend will be a training weekend as it is one week before the Southern gigafinal and two weeks before the British. Last time there was a rapidplay, and the results are attached, thanks to the arbiter, Neville Belinfante.
