The church governors have been reviewing the fire safety procedures at the centre. As part of the assessment outcome, they are asking all groups to ensure that they have a register/list of group attendees each week so that in the case of any fire evacuation they will be able to check that every member of the group has managed to exit the building safely.

In compliance with the new requirement, we are asking all attending members, visiting teams and guests to sign the attendance book and enter the time on leaving the building.

The attendance book will be placed in the club room. Thank you for your co-operation.
