"How to get this position in four moves?

In three it is no problem, for instance:
1. e4 e6 2. Bb5 c6 3. Bxc6 dxc6

4 moves position

But how to do it in four moves? I found this puzzle in the old chess magazine. Definitely it is tricky and jocose. According to the legend this puzzle occurred in one of the chess tournament in the Soviet Union in 60sties. There were lots of strong grandmaster and they gave it up after hours spend trying to solve it. Apparently Mikchail Tal was the only one who found the solution just aftre 30 minutes... But he was know with his custom approach to the chess.
