Proposed team captains and divisions for 2009-2010
A team captained by Richard McNally would be in division 2. B team captained by Steve Henderson would be in division 3. There would be two teams in division 4 captained by Karl Brough and Dino de Rosa.

Team Captains’ Reports 2008-2009

Richard McNally reported that the A team had finished in runner up spot in Division 1. The team had had to call on reserves on a number of occasions and had never seriously challenged for the top spot taken by Olton A.

David Bowie reported that the B team season had got off to a bad start with games being lost by default. Ray Trinder had then moved up to the team and things had stabilised. The team were normally heavily outgraded however and were always struggling to avoid relegation. The final outcome was unknown as there were two clubs below Stratford but both had matches still to play. Although playing in a losing team, Ray Trinder had succeeded in scoring 8/11.

Steve Henderson reported that the C team had always been heavily outgraded in their matches and had only won once ending up in bottom place in their division. A variety of different players had however been given good match experience and the newer members were growing in strength so there was scope for improvement next year.

Karl Brough reported that the D team had ended up mid table. It had been possible to give a wide variety of players including the juniors match experience. Dino de Rosa had proved the best player with a score of 6/9.
